2. Scope of Work
GoHighLevel (GHL) System Build & Automation
Wellness Eternal will build, configure, and optimize:
• Full GHL setup and system optimization
• Funnel development (landing pages, checkout, thank-you pages)
• Automated workflows for email, SMS, and voicemail drops
•Retargeting and nurture sequences with logic-based paths
• CRM configuration (tags, segments, custom fields)
• Calendar, pipelines, and internal team access
• Reporting dashboards for conversion performance

3. Timeline
Project Duration: December 9, 2025 – March 9, 2026
Milestones:
• Dec 10 – Dec 20: System build, workflows, funnels
• Dec 20 – Jan 1: Early-bird campaign live
• Jan 1 – Feb 1: Standard enrollment campaign + optimization
• Jan 26: Kick-off call
• Feb 2: Program start + onboarding flows
• Feb 2 – Mar 9: Ongoing optimization, nurture, retargeting, support
5. Payment Terms
Total Contract Value: $10,000
Payment will be completed through three installments of $3,333:
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery and campaign success, the Client agrees to:
• $3,333 due upon signing
• $3,333 auto-billed on January 9, 2026
• $3,333 auto-billed on February 9, 2026
Payments are non-refundable and cover all services outlined within this SOW. Work outside this scope will be quoted separately before execution.
• Provide required logins and system access
• Supply brand assets, program details, and creative materials
• Approve funnels, messaging, and campaigns within 48 hours
• Maintain internal alignment around program dates and pricing

Once work has commenced no refunds will be given. All deliverables included above.
